preloadTitleRsc [name, type, speed, showInMap]
Parameters:
name: String - defined in Description.ext for the mission
type: String - e.g "PLAIN"
speed: Number - (Optional) ignored
showInMap: Boolean - (Optional)
Return Value:
Boolean
