Description:

valuea and valueb are concatenated


Example:

String concatentation - "I" + " am" + " blind" ..........Result is "I am blind"

Array concatenation - [0, 1, 2] + [1, 2, 3] ..........Result is [0, 1, 2, 1, 2, 3]
