Unregister a loading screen. When none other remains, end the loading.

screenId call BIS_fnc_endLoadingScreen
Parameters:
screenId: String - screen ID, used in BIS_fnc_startLoadingScreen
Return Value:
Boolean - true when unregistered

Examples
