preloadTitleRsc effect

Type of returned value:

Boolean

Description:

Resource title - argument uses format ["name","type",speed] or ["name","type"].

Speed is ignored.

Preload data the resource can be defined in the description.ext file.


Example:

preloadTitleRsc ["BIS", "PLAIN"]
