Parameters:

a: Array - The current vector

b: Array - The target vector

delta: Number - (Optional, default 0) The delta time, 0..1

Return Value:

Array - The interpolated vector

Example 1:

private _vector = [[1,2,3], [11,12,13], 0.1] call BIS_fnc_berpVector;
