Syntax:: [ctrlSlider, ctrlEdit, unit, defaultValue] call BIS_fnc_OM_Module_initSmallValueSilder
Parameters:: ctrlSlider: Control - Slider Control
: ctrlEdit: Control - Edit Control
: unit: String - (Optional, default "%") Measurement unit added behind the number
: defaultValue: Number - (Optional, default nil) When present, only the value is set, functionality is not initialized
Return Value:: Boolean

Example 1:: [_ctrlSlider,_ctrlEdit,"m",500] call BIS_fnc_OM_Module_initSmallValueSilder;//Set default value only.
Example 2:: [_ctrlSlider,_ctrlEdit,"m"] call BIS_fnc_OM_Module_initSmallValueSilder;//Initialize functionality.
