These are the offical tools created by [BI|Bohemia Interactive]. These tools are provided to the community under the terms that does allow free use of the tools for any non commercial purposes. Any commercial use of the tools is strictly prohibited without permission from BI. If you want to BI's proprietary tools and technology for a commercial purposes (including but not limited to using it for military training) you're not allowed to use these tools.
