The United States Marine Corps (USMC) represents the United States of America in ArmA II.
Overview
The USMC is allied with the Chernarussian Defence Forces in its battle to stop the communist revolutionary organization, the Chernarussian Movement of the Red Star (ChDKZ). The USMC, assisted by the United States Navy (USN), is equipped with some of the most modern, high-tech equipment in the world. In addition, the USMC is equipped with amphibious vehicles to help support the CDF by way of the Green Sea. Throughout the 2009 Chernarussian Civil War, the 27th Marine Expeditionary Unit (27th MEU), which is the primary USMC contingent throughout the campaign, uses the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Khe Sanh (LHD-9), stationed off of the coast of Chernarus in the Green Sea, as their main base of operations. The USMC wears the Marine Corps Combat Utility Uniform (MCCUU), in woodland MARPAT camouflage, for operations in the forested mountains of the South Zagoria region of Chernarus.
