Just now: testing collapsible elements; the hope is to re-create this fabulous A3 Weapons page by a German crew on their wiki ... creating a local English version as ArmA3 "Weapons"

Here, a profile from a totally different Wiki situation, years and years ago.

Long/Short: After many, many months away I decided to build another PC. (My old one is in pieces, in the corner.) I'm not wealthy so: i5 8400 (first time with Intel), really good GigaByte MoMo, 2666 DDR4 ... haven't picked a GPU yet but will probably go NVidia this time, for the first time. I've heard that GeForce works super well on streaming.

Previous_Sandbox Just to let the world know I'm here!

If you've a moment, visit my main blogs and/or LJ (all rather dusty):
The new page I almost had done for 75th Rangers when the Rgt. self-destructed (as is so often the case with a really energetic clan). see image below **]

Very old stuff

Up and running; addons in place, Saitek tuned, and loving MSO! --TAW Dawks -- 05:49, 14 January 2012 (CET)
So I have FP (Dragon Rising) and ArmA (Not even a single mention of "Combat Operations" on the wiki? I find that odd.) Next: OA!!

I noticed a page concerning FSM on Armaholic. The author's site (JadeGear) is dead, so can't found anything about the little app I downloaded. And the discussion thread is stale.
I see a pretty decent page here, but ... really, it's a stub. A big stub, but still.

A fast and dirty paste from the old Profile on my personal wiki:

In reply to Phil Pearson's "OK Ben, your turn! Who are you?  :-)", I wrote this:

"Looking at what you just added to your user page moves me to answer BenTrem is a) a Pearson-era bus-hippie who ended up ComRsch 291 and DewLine, eventually raising 5 kids in the hills of Cape Breton Island, and b) ferr shurr not Phillip Pearson. But to be a bit more self-revealing, I'm variously a tech_docs specialist (MIL-SPEC / FMECA spoken here) and ummm a ?what? activist siddha."

Earlier today I replied to something from FFII and asked for KWiki write-access; by way of introduction I included this set of links:

OMG I just remembered the resume I wrote ... prolly one of the first things I published ... when, fall of 1994? Only slightly revised from time to time. heh sooooooo Web1.0!

I recovered notes for my paper on Historiography! These disappeared when the IS2 server at Dalhousie University was decommissioned! "Postmodern Challenges to Historiography"

I can't get image to show. Chasing my tail.
