ArmA beginner friendly resources
I'm was disappointed by the 200 word mission editing guide provided in the ArmA manual. I've also found it hard to provide links to any tutorial or editing guide that wasn't about OFP. So, I'm trying to create some articles for beginners, starting with ArmA:_Mission_Editor_-_User_Interface, based loosely on the Mission_Editor_User_Interface_(OFP) article. I will then get to work on a FAQ style "how do I do this, how do I do that" article. Any help would be appreciated, I'm really not very good at typing articles like this and tend to word things in unusual ways. Any technical corrections would be great too!! Help, Im new.
Hello everyone. Im new to this and am very excited about the possiblities. i love video games and have been a gamer since pac man. However Im a soldier and have the same love for all military and sci fi too. So, when I bought ARMA GOLD from the PX here in germany, and ran it, I was blown away by the depth. I have a issue though. When in editor mode and select a harrier aircraft for use, I cant see the actual jet but instead just the pilot(like wonder woman) sitting above the ground. How do you fix that? I already have 1.14 running. Also, is the "console type" control supported in the game? Im @ steven.young1@us.army.mil.
