A non-existing Config.

Unlike other null values (objNull, grpNull, etc), configNull returns true when compared to itself.

configNull == configNull; // returns true isNull configNull; // returns true configNull isEqualTo configNull; // returns true configNull == configFile >> "ANonExistentEntry"; // returns true
