Let the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) reach a desired state over the given period of time.
  • 0: fully off
  • 1: fully powered up

Parameters:
helicopterRTD: ObjectRTD - helicopter
value: Number - desired APU state
time: Number - time to reach (seconds)
