Notes

setWind [10,10, true]= Winddirection South West with a windforce factor of 10 (probably Beaufort scale, compares to 48-55knots).

I have tested the following values:

[10,10, true]; = South West
[10,-10, true]; = North West
[-10,10, true]; = South East
[-10,-10, true]; = North East
[-10,0, true]; = East
[0,-10, true]; = North
[10,0, true]; = West
[0,10, true]; = South
