Everything that you can put into your hotbar and activate can be placed into the world.
- For various building blocks placing is their default action - when you select them in the hotbar, you will be able to place them right away inside a grid. After 2 minutes, they become hardened and cannot be picked up.
- In order to place other objects you first have to activate the placing mode by pressing V or from the radial menu accessible via E. That activates the 'free' placing mode, where you can place anything the way you like. Anything you place in this mode can be freely picked.
- You can use this mode even to place building blocks - be aware though that they won't harden and anyone will be able to pick them up.
