Adds or changes curator camera area (depends on if ID is already used).
Multiplayer:
Can be executed only on server

curatorObj addCuratorCameraArea [cameraAreaID,position,radius]
Parameters:
[cameraAreaID,position,radius]: Array
curatorObj: Object - Curator module.
cameraAreaID: Number
position: Position
radius: Number

Nothing
