Description:
Returns the map elevation offset from [map]/config.cpp. Returns 0 if there's no elevationOffset defined in the config of the current world.
elevationOffset defined in map config only affects the altitude figures drawn on the map. As it stands, it creates fake altitude readings on the map. It could have been part of a larger mechanics, that wasn't implemented in full, hence the usefulness of this offset is highly questionable. Use setElevationOffset to reset it to 0.
