Description:

Returns all Thermal Imaging parameters.

Parameter	Default Value	Description
`OutputRangeStart`	0.1	Thermal output minimal value
`OutputRangeWidth`	0.8	Thermal output width
`FilmGrain`	1	Film grain
`Blur`	1	Blur
`UpdateHistogram`	1	Histogram

The output formula is as follows: OutputRangeStart + thermalValue × OutputRangeWidth, making the default range 0.1..0.9.
