- Parameters:
- density: Number - density (in cars per kilometer)
- xMin: Number - western border of the affected rectangle
- xMax: Number - eastern border of the affected rectangle
- zMin: Number - southern border of the affected rectangle
- zMax: Number - northern border of the affected rectangle
- Return Value:
- Nothing
