Description:
Set radio message (0, 0, map radio) to given text.
Use "NULL" to disable radio slot.
Example:
1 setRadioMsg "Alpha Radio"
Comments:
Available channels are 1-8 in OFP:CWC, and added 9 and 10 in OFP:R
