U.S. Army soldiers in ArmA wearing the ACU which was introduced in early 2006. The mercenaries, on the other hand, are wearing civil clothes mixed with standard US non-camo equipment or items.

In the latest patch version (1.14 - 1.18) there were also soldiers wearing M81 woodland and U.S. Marines wearing desert MARPAT MCCUUs.

David Armstrong from Cold War Crisis is also featured in the main campaign. Now he is the commander of the US Forces. He made a interview with Marian Quandt.

Special US Forces leading by Leon Ortega have to search the President of North Sahrani who is escaped to Rahmadi.
