Description:

Parameters:
vehicle: Object - Vehicle whose components are manipulated.
engine: Number - TI heat for engine & body (0 - 1)
wheels: Number - TI heat for tracks or wheels (0 - 1)
weapon: Number - TI heat for main weapon (0 - 1)
