Description:
Returns whether one value is not equal to another. String comparison is case-insensitive (e.g "STRINGtext" != "stringTEXT" // returns false).
Before Arma 3 v1.99.146526 one couldn't be able to compare Booleans: alive player != true // would throw an error

Return Value:
Boolean - true if a is different from b

Examples

Example 1:
