Description:
Set min/max movement borders displayed in HUD gauges. Use -1 to skip some value.

setHUDMovementLevels [minSpeed, maxSpeed, minAlt, maxAlt, minDir, maxDir, targetOrPosition]
Parameters:
minSpeed: Number - in m/s
maxSpeed: Number - in m/s
minAlt: Number - in meters
maxAlt: Number - in meters
minDir: Number - in degrees
maxDir: Number - in degrees
targetOrPosition: Object or Position
Return Value:
Nothing

Example 1:
setHUDMovementLevels [20, 30, -1, -1, 0.23, 2.1, [0,0,0]]
