If you use the interface (cfgConvertGUI), based on the input file, it detects if it needs to `binarize` or `unbinarize`.
Usage
- Line call:
- cfgConvert.exe [-bin or -txt] [-dst destination] source
cfgConvertGUI.exe - Examples:
