Usage
Place {{Cfg ref|start}}
at the very top of a Cfg* Config Reference page,
{{Cfg ref|abc}}
above the first alphabetical entry (====A====),
and {{Cfg ref|end}}
at the bottom, just above the Categories section.
This acts to dump all the required parts to form the page in a continuous fashion.
