- Parameters:

- minSpeed: Number - Units: m/s
- maxSpeed: Number - Units: m/s
- minAlt: Number - Units: m
- maxAlt: Number - Units: m
- minDir: Number - Units: deg
- maxDir: Number - Units: deg
