Question

Hello,

i have a problem with including 'winterofp_banner.gif' into the winterofp article.

although the command is the same like i have used in the storiedveterans articles, the image does not appear. is that any kind of locking new pictures till the moment the crew has checked the picture, or is it my fault?!
