What is this?

ArmA doesn't allow more than one joystick to be used in the game. And, in case you have more than one, it doesn't allow you to choose which one. There are different solutions to this problem. Here I present mine.

PPJoy

PPJoy is a software that emulates a joystick. ArmA choose the joystick with more buttons, or a wheel.

GlovePIE

GlovePIE allows to mix different input devices, like keyboards, mice, joysticks, wii, trackir.

arma.pie

lean with the mouse

  1. press the Windows key
  2. press the Shift key and slide your mouse left or right.
Your soldier gradually lean left or right and rotate a bit too
  3. let the Windows key pressed and release the Shift.
He keep leaned and can rotate around
  4. press the Shift again.
    You change you lean
  5. release the Windows key and the Shift.
    Exit the lean with mouse

zoom with the mouse

  1. press the Windows key
  2. roll the mouse to switch the 3 zoom levels
  3. release the Windows key to keep it zoomed
  • You can still tune your zoom with - and + numpad keys
  • Zooming out is the same as double hit the - numpad, but works in vehicles too
