ArmA

In ArmA, BLUFOR is west, OPFOR is east, Independant/RACS is the resistance.

Arma 2

In ArmA 2, BLUFOR (USMC and CDF) is west, OPFOR (Russia and Insurgents) is east, Independent is the resistance, ambient life (animals) are ambient life, modules are sideLogic.

Operation Arrowhead

In ArmA 2 OA, BLUFOR (US, CZ, DE, UK(BAF)) is west, OPFOR (TK, TK_INS) is east, Independent (TK_GUE, PMC, UN_CDF) is resistance.

Arma 3

In ArmA 3, BLUFOR (NATO) is blufor, OPFOR (CSAT) is opfor, Independent (AAF, FIA) is independent. Nevertheless, west, east and resistance can still be used as respective synonyms.
