The patch which we are currently developing should fix the crash you just experienced. Once the patch is available, it will be announced on http://www.bistudio.com.
Make sure you have the latest patch and the latest drivers for you video and audio card installed. For more troubleshooting please check ArmA: Troubleshooting.
