The United States Army (USA) represents the United States of America in ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead.
Overview
The United States Army is main driving force that invades Takistan to stop Colonel Aziz and the Takistan Army from invading neighboring countries. U.S. Army vehicles are painted in desert camouflage schemes and its soldiers are wearing the Army Combat Uniform (ACU) in Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP).

The United States Army does not use the FN SCAR as its standard infantry rifle, nor does it usually utilize the M4A3, which, although it is an American weapon, is used primarily by the militaries of the Czech Republic and New Zealand.
