Duplicate Handling

  • Change to "Resolved" right to "Change Status To:"-Button
  • press "Change Status To:"
  • on the next Page
    • change Resolution to "duplicate"
    • insert the id of the duplicate entry (note: this entry will not be altered)
    • if appropriate check the "Close immediate"-checkbox
    • leave a note, why this is a duplicate
    • press "Resolve Issue"
