Menu Bar is the central control element of the Eden Editor, where all available options and tools are available. When adding the new functionality to the editor, you should strongly consider listing the feature there.

Scenario Attributes
When you add a new window with scenario attributes (see Attributes Modding to learn how it can be achieved), the user will still need a way how to access it. The best way is to add a link to the window at the end of Attributes option.
class ctrlMenuStrip;
class display3DEN
{
class Controls
{
class MenuStrip: ctrlMenuStrip
{
class Items
{
class Attributes
{
items[] += {"ME_MyAttributes"};
};
class ME_MyAttributes
{
text = "My Awesome Attributes";
action = "edit3DENMissionAttributes 'MyScenarioAttributes';";
};
};
};
};
};
