Civilian behavior
In fact, if by default, anyone is friend with civilians, civilians are friend with the friends of independents. Without scripting anything, just changing sides relations in mission editor: - If west and independents are friends, civilians are friend with west but enemy with east. (one-way hostility). - If east and independents are friends, civilians are friend with east but enemy with west. (one-way hostility). Then, if independents are friend with west and east, so the civilians are.
