Hello Sickboy,
Nice to see you are adding information to the biki, but could you please use the 'Show Preview' button before committing you additions or changes.
Also if the addition or edit is minor pleas mark it as a minor edit by using the checkboxes above the 'Save Changes button.
The effect that you are having right now is to 'spam' the Recent Changes page.
