createDialog name

Compatibility:

Added in version 1.50

Description:

Create user dialog from resource template name.
If user dialog already exists, creates child dialog of topmost user dialog.
Class name is searched for in description.ext of mission, description.ext of campaign and global resource.cpp.
Returns success.


Example: _ok = createDialog "RscDisplayGame"
