Description:
Log all frames, where section takes longer than the threshold (in seconds).

diag_logSlowFrame [section, threshold]
Parameters:
section: String
threshold: Number - Duration of frame in seconds
Return Value:
Nothing

diag_logSlowFrame ['total', 0.3];
