Sets if group icons raise onGroupIconClick, onGroupIconOverEnter and onGroupIconOverLeave events.

Parameters:
selectable: Boolean - Setting to true makes the icon selectable
Return Value:
Nothing (objNull prior to Arma 3 v1.92)
