m ("currentTask" is now a command, so the example was breaking since it used that as the task name. createSimpleTask also needs an array input. Also used format with preformatted text, so changed that.)

Returns the current state of a task. Possible return values are:
  • None
  • Created
  • Assigned
  • Succeeded
  • Failed
  • Canceled

Syntax

Syntax:
String = taskState Task
Parameters:
Task - the task you want to query
Return Value:
String - current state of task

Examples

Example 1:
tskSomeTask = player createSimpleTask ["NewTask"]; hint format["Taskstate: %1", taskState tskSomeTask];
