Returns true if unit is in general able to revive someone.

[medic, unit] call BIS_fnc_reviveAllowed
Parameters:
medic: Object - Unit performing revive
unit: Array - Unit that will be revived
Return Value:
Boolean - Returns true if possible, false is not
