Description

- Controls the enabling of saving. Will only enable saving if there are no remaining requests for disabled saving.

- Parameters:
- id: String - Unique id previously used to disable saving via BIS_fnc_disableSaving
- Return Value:
- Boolean - true if successful, false if not
