Parameters:

input: Array -

• 0: Config - Group from CfgORBAT
• 1: Array - Group params returned by BIS_fnc_ORBATGetGroupParams

ctrl: Control - Tooltip control

mousePos: Array - Mouse position in format [x,y]

Boolean
