- Parameters:
- input: Array -
- 0: Config - Group from CfgORBAT
- 1: Array - Group params returned by BIS_fnc_ORBATGetGroupParams
- ctrl: Control - Tooltip control
- mousePos: Array - Mouse position in format [x,y]
- Return Value:
- Boolean
