:It is also commented in the SaraLite config : "positive is east, positive is south". It seems odd they chose not to use the universal positive = north.

Not too sure about that position for Sahrani:

39° 57' 0" N / 40° 1' 12" W

The config for Sahrani places it at:

 longitude = -40.020000;
 latitude = -39.950001;
