The following is a list of the official BI islands for Armed Assault and the extensions used in the folder names and pbo files for missions. For example, a mission set on Rahmadi that is saved with the name "MyMission" will be stored in a folder named "MyMission.Intro" and will export to a file named "MyMission.Intro.pbo".
