A good habit to get into is setting the [[accTime]] to 1 at the start of all cutscenes, in case the [[player]] is running at 4x speed when the scene starts.

Description:
Set simulation acceleration coefficient. May also be used to slow time in cutscenes.
Multiplayer:
Command is disabled in multiplayer.
Problems:
This command is not clamped and incorrect values may be entered (negative values, high values, etc - game behaviour is then undefined).

Syntax:
