Returns true if UAV is connectable by AV terminal(s).

object isUAVConnectable [uav, checkAllItems]
Parameters:
object: Object
uav: Object or Array
checkAllItems: Boolean - true to check all terminals in unit's inventory, false to only check assigned terminal.
Return Value:
Boolean
