Returns slider step value for line and page movement of CT_SLIDER or CT_XSLIDER.

idc: Number: Idc of the control
Return Value:
Array in format [minSpeed, maxSpeed, step] (command returns optional param 'step' since Arma 3 v2.07.148151)
