Syntax

- [markerName, stepId, delay] call BIS_fnc_briefingAnimate
- Parameters:
- markerName: String - marker to animate
- stepId: Number - step ID (steps are invisible markers named <markerName>_<stepId>)
- delay: String - commit time (transition duration)
- Return Value:
- Nothing
