William Porter's Blog is a fictional online diary which was started in March 2nd, 2006.
The protagonist is a American soldier who has been deployed in the Democratic Republic of Sahrani as part of an operation to train the military forces of the Democratic Republic of Sahrani. Blog updates are usually posted by William Porter himself or his friend Frank; the posts detail their everyday routines on Sahrani and tell of the hard life on the island.
